The Advisory Team

Sham Sao

Sham is an expert on Cloud Computing, Market Strategy, and Digital Marketing. He currently runs marketing for a division of Citrix, and was formerly the CMO of Virtual Computer. Previously, Sham served as CMO of OneSource, a division of Infogroup, selling advanced business information solutions, leading a Global Marketing Team supporting sales in the United States, Europe, Australia, and Asia. As Global Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Deploy Solutions, a leading provider of cloud solutions for the HR market, he drove consistent pipeline and revenue growth resulting in the company winning a spot on the Deloitte & Touche Fast 50 list for high-growth companies, and ultimately being acquired by Kronos. He was also a consulting team leader at McKinsey & Company, where he led multi-million dollar consulting engagements for Fortune 500 companies including projects where he interviewed CIOs of companies around the world regarding their key IT initiatives. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Economics from Yale University. He attended Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School.

Janet Benvenuti

Janet is a leading resource on family health advocacy. A former scientist and educator, pharmaceutical executive and management consultant, Janet founded Circle of Life Partners to provide families with the knowledge and guidance they need to support their aging parents successfully. Author of "Don't Give Up on Me!" and a frequent keynote speaker, Janet’s educational programs have been customized for employers, universities, professional organizations and communities. Previously, Janet led the global quality program for Bristol-Myers Squibb and she was among the early leaders of the quality movement in America. An alumna of Harvard Business School, Janet serves as a strategic advisor to health care providers, including the Women’s Health initiative at Brigham and Women's Hospital and the Marino Center for Integrative Health. Active in a global network of innovators in health care and healthy aging, Janet is an angel investor and advisor to new ventures including Senscio Health, ActualMeds, ConnectedVisits and Mature Caregivers. Gigi is an experienced healthcare professional and thought leader most recently serving as a Senior Program Manager in Health and Wellness Strategy and Innovation for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Since 2004, Gigi has worked closely with workplace wellness programs. She has a strong academic background in public health to complement her years of experience with strategic planning and business development.

Ari Buchler

Ari is a senior executive, board member, angel investor and advisor to emerging technology companies. He is currently General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Development at Sophos, a global IT security company. He previously served as Vice President and General Counsel of Rocket Software, a global software development firm. Before Rocket Software, Ari was a member of the executive team of Phase Forward, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Legal and Regulatory Services. He helped build Phase Forward from a venture-backed start-up to a publicly traded industry leader with over $200 million in revenue and more than 900 employees in 8 countries. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the MGH Institute of Health Professions and is a Member of the Corporation of Partners HealthCare System. Mr. Buchler holds a law degree from Columbia University School of Law and a BA degree from Hunter College, City University of New York.

Back-End Software Architect / Developer
Department: Primary Application Team

LeanWagon is looking for an experienced, talented, and ambitious software architect to join our back-end team. Love of Python is a must with a particular focus on Django.

You will participate in (and ultimately be responsible for) a number of initiatives ranging from working on scalable back-end modules and architecture, to heavy-duty analytics, to collaborating with the rest of the team in architecting and implementing new features.

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or closely related degree.
