Sarah Somian CNP, B.A., is a Holistic Nutritionist and Wellness Coach, who graduated with honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto, Ontario. Additionally, Sarah also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Behavioral Sciences from McGill University. Sarah’s mantra is the Latin saying-- “Mens Sana in Corpore Sano”: A Sound Mind in a Healthy Body. She firmly believes that holistic vibrant health can be achieved once mind, body and spirit are equally tended for. It is with this conviction in mind that Sarah is dedicated to helping her clients and loved ones adopt healthier thought patterns and nutritional habits.Sarah’s passion for health and nutritious foods started a young age in her home country, Belgium. There, she enjoyed the most delectable meals of the different cultures from which her family originated—namely Italian, Ivorian and Belgian. It was only years later, however, while studying Health and Psychology at McGill that she slowly started to see the link between healthy nutritious foods, a healthy mind and vibrant health. After experiencing first-hand the powerful benefits of eating clean and maintaining a healthy relationship with herself, Sarah was convinced she had found the perfect way to maintain her own vibrant health but also the health of her loved ones/ closed friends and family. Holistic nutrition had become her life passion and so she decided to pursue it as a career. Today, Sarah is an energetic, inspired and passionate nutritional consultant who enjoys watching her clients achieve sparkling vibrant health from the inside out through the power of wholesome foods. She is also dedicated to help her clients gain back confidence in their body’s own ability to heal once it is properly nourished.
