Stacy Slawitsky turned to yoga and mindfulness as a means to relieve the stress of a demanding job as a Senior Manager at a Big 4 Accounting Firm. Her passion to share the benefits of her stress-management practices with others led her to found ZenConnect.Stacy has devoted her energy to providing corporate employees stress management tools that can be used virtually anywhere. After practicing yoga for many years, Stacy deepened her personal practice by completing PranaVayu teacher training with PranaVayu founder David Magone. She continues her training through Buddhist meditation and philosophy workshops with the Buddhist Chaplain of Harvard University, Lama Migmar Tseten.Clients include Harvard University, and the Department of Public Health. She has also been featured in the Boston Business Journal and has written health and wellness articles for Boston-based publications.
