Buy Small Plates

Small plates give the illusion that you're eating a bigger meal. Inversely, bigger plates trick the eyes into thinking it can eat more than the stomach should. So your next challenge is to buy small plates (9 inches or less) and bowls (about 5 1/2 inch diameter).
