Our online wellness programs are led by professional health coaches trained in motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques. Workshops are taught in groups, using social networking and game elements to maximize each member’s drive to succeed. Through assessments, surveys and one-on-one interactions with the coach, each employee is guaranteed to get their specific needs met. Our evidence-based curriculums target the most common health risk factors and preventable behaviors: poor diet, physical inactivity, and smoking.
