Our online wellness programs are led by professional health coaches trained in motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques. Workshops are taught in groups, using social networking and game elements to maximize each member’s drive to succeed. Through assessments, surveys and one-on-one interactions with the coach, each employee is guaranteed to get their specific needs met. Our evidence-based curriculums target the most common health risk factors and preventable behaviors: poor diet, physical inactivity, and smoking.

At LeanWagon, we believe in wellness programs that meet the needs of each individual, no matter their health situation. That’s why we begin rollout with free employee interest assessments, as well as health risk assessments conducted by the employee’s physician. Based on these results, you can choose the program from our catalog that fits your workforce best. The assessment doesn’t stop there, though - once the program begins, employees fill out a quick survey before each weekly session.
